Try https://jgraph.github.io/drawio-tools/tools/convert.html, drop the file into the text area and click Correct mxFile |

I am facing an issue when trying to open both local files and online available Draw.io files using the "Open with" option. When selecting the Draw.io application to open the document, I encounter the following error:
