Idea Contribution

Explain feature request

As per the guidelines of GSSOC'24, a contributor can claim maximum 200 points from a Repository.
It is not practically possible for the project Admin @jfmartinz to keep a check on each contributor's points

Explain your solution

I will add a workflow in the .github/workflows directory which will restrict the contributor from making a PR if they cross 200 points.
The PR will be automatically closed and labelled as SPAM
