Yes,as you said ,i am in China and cannot access to some websites . But i had searched google and found some answers like xenial-repository-does-not-have-a-release-file,this should be a solution but not works for me. |
Running it from the US here, on TX2, and it doesn't work any better. Attempting (e.g.) "sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-actionlib" gives the following:
