Use new shulker version

The paper api url change has been fixed now with the recent pull request but how exactly do I use the new docker image. I'm not really familiar with k8s. I currently just ran this https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jeremylvln/Shulker/refs/heads/main/kube/manifests/stable.yaml
But the new change doesnt seem to be there.
How would I go about this?
