Reproduction steps

plugin-modernizer run --plugins=kryptowire --recipe=SetupJenkinsfile

Expected Results

No error, as the UpgradeToLatestJava8CoreVersion recipe worked.
Is that because we are trying to get it to work with JDK17 when applying this recipe, and not with the dectected JDK?
