Traefik v2 variables are deprecated #660

The following variables used in the documentation of the traefik v2 setup are deprecated:

SSLRedirect is deprecated, please use entrypoint redirection instead.
SSLHost is deprecated, please use RedirectRegex middleware instead.
SSLForceHost is deprecated, please use RedirectScheme middleware instead.

Tested with traefik v2.7
