I see in #308 the license was adjusted and the necessary folks approved the change of license. Should a CONTRIBUTORS.md file be created with the names of those who have contributed or will contribute within jellyfin-docs? Would a CONTRIBUTORS.md entry be added to jellyfin core if changes are made here? Or should a CONTRIBUTORS.md file be generated?

I think that's a good idea. There should be a separate CONTRIBUTORS.md to each repo that tracks this. That said, in our experience, a lot of folks don't update this all the time, and we usually end up just checking Git history anyways to determine who to ping in such (admittedly fairly rare) situations.
