USB-CEC adapter not recognizing

I have the USB-CEC Adapter by pulse-eight installed on windows 10. Works flawlessly with other media players. But jf theater refuses it.

This client is woefully out of date until a maintainer can help support it. Until then, I imagine this will remain the same.

I'll handle this as a backlog, currently the desktop player isn't functional at all, so getting it working will be my priority first
