I accidentally entered "httop://myserver.com" in the URL field when first launching the app, which at least under Windows 10 causes the app to freeze and Windows asking if you would like to search "httop" in the windows store. Restarting the app causes the same issue, and the only way to fix it is by going to the settings file and fixing the typo. I think the app should give an incorrect URL warning in this case.

The same problem occurs when:

I can't locate the settings file, does anyone have a path?

Edit: it's %APPDATA%/Electron/Settings on Windows.

Other operating system's paths are available here
