Reading default background color or resolution before converting to HTML or PowerPoint?

With the introduction of #158, and the suggestion from #130, it is unclear to me if we need to read the resolution, background_color, and other values from each PresentationConfig and apply them as default when converting to HTML or PPTX (and other formats to come).

The current question is: is it worth it?

I'm asking this because I don't see how to do this cleanly with the CLI (mostly because keyword arguments are parsed separately). Also, the background color is not very useful when the video is played full screen, nor is the resolution changes (I mean, do you really want different resolutions in the same presentation?).

The main reason why it is implemented in the present command is for easier debugging. present is meant to be a rapid way to go through your slides, and do the least amount of "post-processing" on them.

I'd love to get ideas or feedback from the community, if anybody reads this :'-)
