pitchfork should track which ports processes are listening on and warn before starting processes which will listen on ports that are in use—somehow

kind of related, I wonder if pitchfork could provide functionality similar to https://github.com/typicode/hotel where it could host domains like postgres.localhost. No idea how that works but it seems like it could be pretty useful here.
