The --silent and --quiet flags are not respected by mise generate git-pre-commit:

❯ mise generate git-pre-commit --silent --write 
Wrote to ~/work/project/.git/hooks/pre-commit

❯ mise generate git-pre-commit --quiet --write     
Moving existing hook to "pre-commit.old"
Wrote to ~/work/project/.git/hooks/pre-commit
