quiet in file task not working

Hi, I'm trying to make the quiet directive work in a file task, but I cannot seem to get it to work. Task header:

#!/usr/bin/env bash
#MISE description="Output a message with a chosen color"
#MISE quiet=true
#USAGE flag "-c --color <color>" help="Color to use. See the script for a list of available colors." default="INFO"
#USAGE arg "message" help="Message to output"

Results in:

mise run utils:color_echo "this is a message" -c "YELLOW"
[utils:color_echo] $ ~/workspace/el-capitano/tools/ci-cd-templates/xtasks/utils/color_echo this is a message -c YELLOW
this is a message

I tried other variants, like quiet="true" or quiet=#true but this also does not work.
Any ideas?

I can confirm this on mise 2025.3.1. The silent configuration seems to be ignored, too. I also tried all variants that @tmeijn mentioned.
