Feature request: Don't use red when high lighting task prefixes

Sometimes when running mise run, mise chooses red for the task prefix which makes me think something is wrong.

Could red be excluded from the algorithm that chooses colors for the task prefix?

it was at one point, but if we do that it would greatly limit the number of colors mise has available because if we remove red we probably should remove yellow for the same reason:

I think you could create a poll for this and see what people prefer

They are very much not safe to use. You don't know what colors the user's terminal has so you can't pick colors that will look good.

This would only work if we also changed the background which I would be massively opposed to

Terminal themes typically only modify the first 16 colors, so from 16 and up we can be pretty sure about what colors users have beacause it usually follows the ANSI standard.

But I hear what you are saying about the background color, and I agree that we shouldn't change the background color.

So I guess the best solution would be to introduce theming, with a default dark and a default light theme.
Then you would get a nice set of colors for your personal setup, and if you don't like it you can change it.

To illustrate my point here are iTerm & Ghostty next to each other, and the bottom 16 are messed up, i.e. not the same, but from 16 and up they are nearly identical except for a slight variation in hue.

And if the first 256 colors are not enough, we can also use "True Color" like this: \033[38;2;<r>;<g>;<b>m as most terminals do support them.

you're missing my point entirely. I'm saying we can only use those 16 colors the user has because anything else may not look right with their theme. It's the fact that they're customized to the theme which means we can actually use them.

The red color is scares me every time I look at the CI logs lol. Do we really want to have different colors for different tasks? Maybe stick to one color? Or let's say one color for main tasks and one another color for "depends" ones?
