Pressing up, down, pageUp and pageDown arrows cause an error

When I'm on an extract, and press the arrows above, I get an error message

1. Go to an extract card
2. Press an arrow
3. See error

• Anki Version v2.1.44

This can be fixed similar to https://github.com/tvhong/incremental-reading/pull/4/files

Fixed in #125 . This will be available in next release of the IR add-on.
