Devel JDK version is installed instead of pure jdk #3

The base-jdk image installs development version of openjdk. This image is a base of keycloak and causes keycloak image to be bigger than necessary

I run mine with java-1.7.0-openjdk-headless. Is there some reason this image needs the development version?
