Hi!

JavaPackager is currently using launch4j 2.4.1, it would be great if we could upgrade this to the latest version 2.5.3.
Also since version 2.3.0 it supports disableVersionInfoDefaults, can there be an configuration option to set this through JavaPackager?

Yes, we can add this option to winConfig.disableVersionInfoDefaults. Would you dare to make a PR? 😃
