support modifier filter for number traits #26

currently, numerical traits are filtered in the same way as string traits, where as a relative filter ("trait < / > / = value") would be more useful

should also update how these are aggregated and returned from the backend query, https://opensea.io/collection/chain-scouts-genesis times out
