🐞 Events disappear from calendar on re-load of Obsidian.

Expected Behavior

Events show on calendar as defined within front matter whenever I view the calendar.

Current behaviour

As the title states, events defined within frontmatter of my notes do not appear in the calendar when I re-open obsidian. It appears that editing some text within the notes "refreshes" the calendar and will then show the event.

+1 on this issue. Issue appears with events defined inside notes via Frontmatter - events created inside the calendar itself do remain. It appears this issue has been reported and fixed before (#44).

Manually using the command palette to run Rescan Events does not alleviate the issue. Only by manually editing a note, thus forcing a change, does it appear in the calendar again.

Edit: I've done some further testing and did a little digging in the codebase. This occurs when Enable event parsing (SettingService.getData().autoParse) is true, but no Event path is defined(SettingService.getData().paths is an empty
array).

A workaround is to explicitely define at least one event path in the Settings, which may be the root path (/). Like so:

If I may suggest a fix, perhaps it might be appropriate that the start() function in watcher.ts treats an empty paths array to mean the root path (scan everything)?
