README does not show on NPM website #431
Description
The README is bundled, but the NPM website does not display it. This is not a regression in Docco; the NPM website does not display it for any of the published versions. However, it may be a regression in the NPM website. My suspicion is that NPM fails because the README is a plain text file without an extension, rather than Markdown.
I welcome pull requests that convert the README to Markdown. Please keep the ASCII art!
