Rpi3 with buster, the script installation method not working

Is there somewhere I can check where all the files must go and what dependencies must be installed in what order?

The script method runs without errors, but the Rpi just never starts the server.

since no one has said it: this is truly a worthwhile project! I've been looking for this type of solution for 3 years. just a pitty I was one OS release too late. But honestly thank you for putting effort into this. I look forward to any updates.

It works great on my pi 4.
