Dumb questions running blink in ubuntu

I am experiencing some problems after building and running latest (7bb0a1c).
First issue is about locating libgcc_s.so.1:

The second problem is make check2 in ubuntu that reports no epoll_wait2:

I suspect that it's my fault, but I cannot get where exactly.
I have Linux aorus 5.19.0-35-generic #36-Ubuntu that should have epoll_wait2 support in kernel and also latest glibc.
