Expose motor speed readings?

Hi,
Is it possible to get 3H's motor speed readings using your library? Either by sending specific command to get the reading on demand or by adding another sensor to esphome build config?
It's a neat feature as it allows you to estimate power consumption of the device :P

I second this. Looking at the protocol pdf, I assume we need the correct id1 and id2 values to get the RPM reading.
