[Feature] Disable Animations

Disable animations:

• Upon selecting new location or start navigation;
• UI, if feasible.

For now animations are very very light compared to the current standard. Here I use some old devices 5~10 years old (CPU armv7) without issue. What is your device ?

Aarch64. It's not about the battery or resources, I just don't like animations. osmin works great and I think it is the best Map and Navigation software I've ever had.
