Any way to save the monitor configuration? #22

I use this tool to switch my external monitor on and off. However after resume from sleep, GNOME restores its original configuration.

I imagine GNOME provides a way to save a monitor configuration as default, so any changes made are permanent. Any interest in integrating this feature in gnome-monitor-config?
