I'm having this also with TopNotch and others and now also with this:

A while ago I did choose the Sonoma default wallpaper (the big trees)
I'm now able to switch the wallpapers, but whenever a "not removal app" jumps on stage it restores the trees.

Seems to be some cache issue. Any idea?

PS: It surely has to do with permissions. I can apply my own wallpapers from my own folder and then remove the notch and the system keeps that
