when i deleted the mod, its still there for me

These are all the files in the mod (in the current version) - you need to delete them all:

archive\pc\mod\in_world_navigation.archive
r6\scripts\in_world_navigation\InWorldNavigation.reds
r6\scripts\in_world_navigation\OperatorHelpers.reds
r6\scripts\in_world_navigation\_MinimapContainerController.reds
red4ext\plugins\in_world_navigation\in_world_navigation.dll
