Mod Settings Menu Blank

Hi!

I currently have In-World Navigation, redscript, RED4ext, and Mod Settings installed. While trying to fix it, I saw your post suggesting cybercmd and have installed that as well to no change.
Following the directions for installing each mod, Mod Settings has shown up as an option in the main menu.
Clicking it shows a blank UI with no buttons (though ESC backs out of it).
Loading a save and getting into a vehicle, the arrows do not appear.

I can't tell whether this is an issue with one of the mods or my installation, but given that you published both In-World Navigation and Mod Settings, I figure you're the right person to ask regardless.
