Got a crash when loading a save after installing this mod with Vortex

same, except i installed mine manually. i either get a popup that the mod didn't load and the save crashes when i open it, or i get the popup, the save loads, but the CET log says (edit:) the mod loaded. so weird.

Oh I fixed the issue by using redmod to disable and re-enable mods and verifying file integrity with steam.
