Complete Tutorial

Description:
Currently, the bot does not finish the tutorial. This is a quick way to detect bot usage, especially if you have not chosen a starter, a username, nor designed your character. This would also make this bot, the only one of its kind to start with a fresh account and complete the tutorial.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new account
2. Start bot with fresh account

Expected behavior:
Detect if tutorial is not completed, and finish it. This includes, designing your character, catching your starter pokemon, and lastly choosing an in-game username.

Actual behavior:
Tutorial is not completed.
Leave this sentence in your issue as proof that you have read and used this template.

I stand corrected, I have found one bot that completes the tutorial:

Same issue here.

Your account may be banned! please try from the official client.

But after I login from mobile (without accepting TOS or capture first Pokemon) bot works ok!

Not duplicated... #856 was before auto-ToS implemented. This issue is happening on 0.6.0 (ToS supossed to be accepted automatically). 👍

I asked jabbink this afternoon, looks like the original API changed some stuff and broke it.

Tested it with the brand new API #1237 and this works again (ToS, nickname, first pokemon, ... the whole shebang).
