Eliminate a copy of resources in test folder

We should not need a copy of the resources folder in v1 in the test folder, since this is pretty error-prone.
However, if tests are manipulating tsv's they can use something different than the ones in v1. One can use a setup-function for this and the files should only live for the tests (i.e., should be deleted afterwards) etc.
