Failed to extract jar files PAPER 1.20.4

I'm having an Issue with Worldedit. It returns an error saying that version worldedit-bukkit-7.3.0 is not compatible with bukkit 1.20.4 snapshot. I think is caused because of the snapshot version and I'm not able to make the server use the lastes stable version. I though change to PAPER as is recommended. I got this issue now.
What could be causing the Failed to extract jar files? Could it be caused by the access denied to libries folder? but the Container has full access to the EFS.

Directory and file ownership needs to be fixed on the mounted volume.

yeah I dont understand well why there's this issue with the permissions.
The task executor has full access to the EFS but for some reason not to that folder. I checke the AWS permissions, the OS permissions and everything was in order.
So I just backup the world and started over the server in TYPE PAPER this time and it is working. Maybe there was any issue from BUKKIT to PAPER.
