Summary / Background

Currently, I have problem with output_limit with Gitlab Runner since I code and produce many log and I want to keep them

What will be impacted and what won't be? What needs implementation and what is
invariant? e.g.

  • Allowe user to config a config.toml file for Gitlab Runner
