I verified and it doesn't exist

What

The login button and user logged status deviate from the [Bootstrap Italia component](https://italia.github.io/bootstrap-italia/docs/menu-di-navigazione/header/#slim-header).

Additionally, the login and logged status are too visually prominent in some variants, creating a visual connection with the central header.

Why

We should keep a unique version of the same component.
