[Home Page, Subpages] Home Page, Subpages aren't displayed in Ukrainian by default when visiting the site

Environment: Windows 11 Pro v. 21H2, Google Chrome v. 101.0.4951.54 (64-bit)/Firefox 100.0 (64-bit)
Reproducible: not always (Google Chrome), always (Firefox)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Horondi Home Page https://horondi-front-staging.azurewebsites.net/
2. Go to the Language toggle button in Header
3. Verify that UA icon is chosen by default
4. Verify that Home Page, Subpages (e.g. “Catalog”, “Create by yourself”) are displayed in Ukrainian

Actual result
Home Page, Subpages (e.g. “Catalog”, “Create by yourself”) are displayed in English by default

Expected result
Home Page, Subpages (e.g. “Catalog”, “Create by yourself”) are displayed in Ukrainian by default

Additional info
Bug isn't reproducible in Google Chrome when clicking on UA icon and then visiting page repeatedly.
Bug is reproducible again when clear Local storage in Google Chrome Devtools and then visit page repeatedly.
