Achievements sorting by ID not working in GreenCity(sign-in as Admin) #8188

Preconditions
User has admin privileges.
User is logged in to the GreenCity as admin.
Achievements exist in the system.

Steps to reproduce
Sign in as Admin.
Navigate to the Achievements page.
Click on the "ID" column header to sort the achievements.

Actual result
The achievements are not sorted correctly when clicking on the "ID" column header.
The order of achievements remains unchanged

Expected result
The achievements should be sorted in ascending or descending order based on their numerical IDs.

Labels to be added
"Bug", Priority ("pri: Medium"), Severity ("severity:Medium"),"API" (for back-end bugs).
