Preconditions

1. Move to https://www.greencity.cx.ua/#/ubs-user/profile and authorize as User.
2. "Дані користувача (User data)" page is open.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click "Редагувати дані (Edit data)'' button.
2. Click on "Додати адресу (Add address)" button.
3. Scroll down to"Область (Region)" field and put valid name of region to this field.
4. Move to "Місто (City)" field and put valid name of the city to this field.
5. Move to "Вулиця (Street)" field and put valid name of the street to this field.
6. Move to "Будинок (House)" field and put valid number "123/a" or "67-Б/12" of the building .
7. Click on "Додати адресу (Add address)" button.

Actual result
User can add to "Будинок (House)" field 1-4 symbols only, if user puts more than 4 characters, error message appers below the input field "Поле повинно містити 1-4 символів"

У Київській області у 3х населених пунктах є номери будинків, які містять складну систему нумерації будинків, наприклад:
смт Чабани, Фастівський район
с. Велика Снітинка, Фастівський район
смт Борова, Фастівський район

У смт Чабани, Фастівського району, Київської області, можна зустріти будинки з номерами, що містять більше ніж 4 символи. Ось декілька прикладів:
Вулиця Садова: номери будинків можуть бути "14/2-А" та подібні.
Вулиця Центральна: будинки з номерами "123/5", "67-Б/12" та інші.

Expected result
User can add to "Будинок (House)" field the number of building what consist of minimum 1 to maximum 10 characters are allowed.
