[UBS Edit profile] "Зберегти зміни" button is not clickable after user has changed his/her default address.

Environment: [Windows 10 Pro] Browser [Google Chrome Version] Version [130.0.6723.117 (64-bit)].
Reproducible: Always
Build found: last commit from https://github.com/ita-social-projects/GreenCityClient/tree/dev
E.g. "commit 147fa44"

Preconditions
Move to https://www.greencity.cx.ua/#/ubs-user/profile and authorize as User.
User's profile has at least 2 (two) added addressess, one of them is marked as default.
"Дані користувача (User data)" page is open.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click "Редагувати дані (Edit data)'' button.
2. Scroll down to the address in the list which is marked as default address and select another address as default address by Radiobutton.

3. Click "Зберегти дані (Save changes)" button.

Actual result
In fact, the defaul address can be changed in this way but there're two issues:

1. Зберегти зміни" button is not clickable after user has changed his default address.

2. Push-up notifications on a green background at the top of the screen"Ваші зміни збережено (Your changes have be saved)" did not appears.

Expected result

1. "Зберегти зміни" button is enable (clickable).

2. Push-up notifications on a green background at the top of the screen"Ваші зміни збережено (Your changes have be saved)" appears.
