Verify that infinite scroll has been implemented instead of Pagination in the Notifications tab.

Pre-requisites
Steps to be fulfilled before test:

1. Move to https://www.greencity.cx.ua/#/ubs
2. Authorize as a User
3. As a user, you should get enough notifications to check the infinite scroll.
