collect and fix things to fix for starting ejabberd for UCS configured by PLUCS

The old init script of PLUCS is looking for the binary /usr/sbin/ejabberd which does not exist anymore in ejabberd 14.07-4
The default ejabberd init-script is using /usr/sbin/ejabberdctl instead.
