external comment:
Mir ist aufgefallen, dass mod_irc für Plucs
aktiviert ist, was einen IRC-Server voraussetzt. Ich würde vorschlagen
diesen im Auslieferungszustand zu deaktivieren und bei Bedarf einen
IRC-Server optional mitzuliefern.
