Currently muc-patterlab-vue is not available in multiple languages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add i18n to muc-patterlab-vue for english and german language.

This needs some discussion about the implementation.
How do we select languages? - use some vueuse magic and determine the language from the browser or to we implement some way to configure the language from the outside. The later way the parent app determines the language to be displayed.
