Describe the Issue
Although Admiral is set up and syncing resources correctly, there's an issue with syncing ServiceEntries between clusters. There's no documentation available indicating whether this necessitates a distinct setup or specific configuration to resolve.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a straightforward ServiceEntry.
  2. Verify if it syncs to other clusters.

Expected Outcome
ServiceEntries should be visible in other clusters post-syncing.
