Add more salaah types to app and api

• The following salaah types should be available: fzame, jumma2, taraweeh, Eid
• In the android app, all of these should be shown, with only fzame always having the label displayed. For the rest, use ViewStub.
• In the android app, we should be able to add times for each salaah type. For this issue, no checks should be in place in the android app.
• In the rest API, we should only allow Jumma2 to be set on Fridays.
• Further checks for both the android app and the rest API are to be done in a future issue.

This issue should only be worked on after go-live, else I will never go live...
