as terms are prefixed (see #20), it should be simple to make the English term a hyperlink instead of a plain string.

The problem: before creating crosslink, make sure the term is really contained in glossary...

after reviewing the translation terms I decided NOT to add this feature... too much work, too little benefit for readers.
