Wikipedia is imho an acceptable source, if we don't find anything better...(like one of the referenced books or standards). e.g. the ISO definitions are public, therefore we could reference these... (https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:std:iso-iec:25010:dis:ed-2:v1:en could be a start for quality-related terms) |

There are several Quotes from Wikipedia that do not have any source/reference attached to them except "Wikipedia". They should all point to the URL where the quotes were taken from.
Also: Is wikipedia a good source?
