Content overlaps with other curricula shall be mentioned explicitly in a specific section at the beginning of a curriculum. This section must be added to the template, so we have a unified formatting of overlaps in all curricula.

I will add a section to "Basics/Grundlegendes" in FLEX as a sample and we'll take it from there
