refactor vocabulary repository structure for v1

update URIs to pattern: https://w3id.org/isample/vocabulary/{vocabtoken}/1.0/
vocabularies are published with v1.0 on Research Vocabularies Australia

only the base iSamples vocabularies will be in the iSamples/vocabularies repo, with each vocabulary in a subfolder inside the vocabularies/src folder.

move extension vocabularies to new repositories for community specific metadata profiles, with the idea that conventions for different communities will be under different stewardship. The profiles might include specific extension vocabularies, possible schema extensions, and validation rules.
Three new repos are suggested.

metadata_profile_earth_science
metadata_profile_archaeology

I'd suggest renaming the repos - these are not metadata profiles, they are vocabularies.

There's also a huge amount of baggage with each that seems unnecessary. Seems like all that's needed is the .ttl file and rendered output for human consumption. Each vocab repo should stand alone but clearly identify other vocabs that it may extend.
