formatting base and extension vocabularies on github.io pages

I was looking at the doco pages https://isamplesorg.github.io/metadata/ and I see that when you look at the vocabularies, you see the base vocabulary and all the extensions, which is good, but I'd like to see it formatted to differentiate the base vocab terms from the extension terms, E.g base terms bold, larger size, maybe different extensions is different colors (nothing garish).
