Add more UI "state" (esp. for the Map) to the URL #168
Description
It would be nice if the URL updated to capture other elements of user interface state. For example, the URL captures the active tab (list, table, map), which is great. But it would be nice to have some aspects of the map state (point versus grid overlays, zoom level, camera location) captured so people can share specific views of a map visualization.
